Custom Announcements
if you have an active subscription to an account level, dedicated number or toll-free number then you are able to create custom voice announcements.
When you or your callers dial in and have successfully entered their account code and PIN code (if necessary), the subsequent message can be provided by you. Simply prepare an MP3 file and upload at on the Setup Announcements page. Your announcement will be immediately available.
Note that the uploaded file MUST be an MP3 file and can not be more than 128KB in size. A 64KHz Mono file is more than adequate.
